What if it's raining or snowing?

We work in most weather conditions except during thunderstorms with lightning, tornado warnings, or when ice makes conditions unsafe. We'll contact you to reschedule if weather prevents service.

Do I need to be home during service?

No. As long as we have clear access instructions (gate code, lock combo, etc.), we can handle everything while you're out. We notify you when we arrive and when we’re done.

Do my pets need to be inside?

Friendly dogs that don't interfere with our work can stay in the yard. For safety, aggressive dogs must be secured. During indoor litter box services, cats should be in another room.

How does the litterbox service work?

For litterbox service, our tech will need access to your box. You can either place it outside in an accessible area or be at home to let them inside. During the visit, the box is completely emptied, disinfected, and refilled with fresh litter so your cat has a clean and odor-free space.

How do you handle waste disposal?

All waste is double-bagged and taken to approved disposal facilities according to Kansas City regulations. We never leave waste on your property or in your bins.

What payment methods do you accept?

All payments are processed via Square. We accept most credit/debit cards, digital payments and cash. Invoices are sent after service and are due upon completion or beforehand.

Can I skip or reschedule a service?

Of course. Let us know at least 24 hours ahead and we’ll skip, reschedule, or pause your service at no charge.

Do you service commercial properties?

Yes. We offer customized solutions for HOAs, apartments, dog parks, and business properties. Contact us for bulk pricing and service agreements.
