These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of services provided by Dr. Dookie, LLC ("Dr. Dookie," "we," "us," or "our"). By requesting or using our services or accessing our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide residential and commercial pet waste removal and related cleaning services within defined service areas. Specific services, pricing, and schedules are described on our website or in written quotes.

2. Scheduling & Access

You are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the service area, including gate codes or instructions. If we cannot access the area, we may skip the visit and charge a trip fee or apply the full service fee at our discretion.

3. Cancellations & Skips

Skip, pause, or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid being charged. Notices received less than 24 hours in advance may be billed in full.

4. Payments

Invoices are sent after each service unless otherwise agreed. Payment is due upon receipt. Late payments may incur fees or service suspension. We accept major credit/debit cards and electronic payments.

5. Safety & Pet Policies

Aggressive or protective animals must be secured. We may refuse or stop service if we believe conditions are unsafe. You agree to inform us of hazards on the property.

6. Waste Disposal

All waste is removed from the property and disposed of according to local regulations, unless otherwise arranged.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality of cleaning, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional cost. This guarantee applies to workmanship only.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dr. Dookie is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes to Services or Pricing

We may modify services, pricing, or these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted on our website or communicated to you directly.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
